We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we cease providing the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that all files can be recovered after deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its terms will be shown before purchase. Any refund request for an App Store purchase must be submitted to Apple and will be handled under Apple's policies.
